At Munawwarah, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below:

14-Day Return Policy:

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return:

To make a return, please contact our customer service team

You should receive a return authorisation number with your order. Please include the RA number on the outside of the package when returning the item.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
